SHIPPING

Orders ship within 1-3 business days of your purchase. We do our best to get them to you as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Returns and exchanges are available for up to 14 days from when your package is delivered to you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Clothing must be unworn. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. Items with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost.

We cannot offer a return of gift cards.

How to start a return

To begin the return process, please go to https://360.postco.co/heidihouston. You'll purchase your return shipping label through this link. All returns must be submitted through this link and shipped USPS to be accepted. We are unable to accept returns sent by FedEx or UPS.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Condition of returns

Please fold and pack your return with care. Items must arrive in a condition we can resell. Returns that show signs of wear, or arrive crumpled or damaged from careless packing, are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

Shipping costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
